The BBC allow some criticism of Gordon Brown but then revert to type

BBC Three, "The Most Annoying People of the Year" tonight, places Gordon Brown at number 39 and slates him for "dithering", "being scared" and for having "bottled it". We are also told that in 2007 Gordon Brown got really good at getting on our nerves.

Of course the BBC still managed to be nasty about Lady Thatcher though with talk of how even Gordon Brown must have been nasty to Lady Thatcher behind the closed doors of Number 10, I believe throwing food and having her wiped down before sending her out of the front door. In fact I doubt if Gordon Brown was as nasty to Lady Thatcher's face as his previous record would suggest. Gordon Brown invited Lady Thatcher to tea so he could wind up the Conservative party and its supporters. He was probably nice and polite to her face because that is the sort of hypocrite he is.
